Paul is the Executive Vice President of AST Fund Solutions, AST's provider of proxy solicitation and shareholder communication services for the mutual fund industry. Paul has over 20 years of mutual fund proxy experience, which has provided him with an extensive understanding and insight into the beneficial mailing process and leading knowledge of regulatory mailings.
Paul has been responsible for delivering innovative solicitation solutions and services to the investment company industry and has extensive experience with exchange-traded funds, closed-end and open-end shareholder meetings as well as Rights and Tender offers. He is also a leading expert in the field of proxy fights and regulatory mailings.
Paul's career began at Shareholder Communications, now Computershare. Under his leadership, Shareholder Communications quickly grew from a small group conducting one-off proxy campaigns to a leading provider of mutual fund proxy solicitation. Paul graduated from St. John's University with a Bachelors of Arts in Finance.
